Funktional kitchens sell high end kitchen solutions from two showrooms in north London, with furniture suppliers from Germany, Spain and the UK. As a kitchen designer my role is to greet potential customers and explain the products and services we offer. Once basic information is taken from the client I then prepare a design based on their specifications using CAD software. I will then present the design to the client explaining each aspect in detail including a detailed breakdown of costs. I then oversee the process of ordering and installation of all furniture, appliances and worktops.

The Furniture Union is a property refurbishment, interior design and interior furnishings supplier. They offer an end to end service for property investors, managing all aspects of a property refurbishment through to selecting the interior fittings & furnishings. My role is to drive forward new sales, by identifying and meeting with new clients. Once terms have been agreed I will oversee the project budget, timetable and procurement schedule.

•Created a new marketing strategy, including glossy advertising booklets, e-mail campaign and company house style & tone of voice.
•Implemented a 6 month sales strategy, to improve growth and increase profit margin.
•Successfully managed several refurbishment projects simultaneously, managing all procurement, timescales, and troubleshooting.
•Selected to represent the company to travel and meet with a foreign kitchen supplier to secure exclusive UK distribution rights for their product.

Hamilton Associates offers an extensive range of property services from design & planning, project management, refurbishment & construction and property management. In my role as an assistant project manager I oversee the running of several construction sites managing a team of sub-contractors, seeing to the maintenance requirements of a portfolio of managed properties and the procurement of any materials needed.

Key Achievements:

•	Streamlined day to day workflow processes by introducing purchase order booklets 
•	Creation of a material cost database to improve and speed up the quotation process, by cutting the time it takes to quote in half.
•	Outlined new guidelines to ensure the accurate planning of projects, by having simple checklists for sub contractors
•	I am the main everyday point of contact for all sub contractors, ensuring the correct contractors are at the correct locations with all necessary equipment, materials and keys.

Magnet Ltd is a national organization providing a kitchen design & installation services to the public, the trade, developers, councils and housing associations. My role was to provide a comprehensive design, planning and sales service to customers.

Key Achievements:

•	I achieved personal sales of over £600k pa
•	Increased repeat business account base by 50% by developing relationships with developers
•	Implemented new ways of working to increase workflow and sales by breaking down large projects into smaller more manageable pieces
•	Achieved top 10 in national salespersons league 2011
