In 1999, transfer to Pre-Sales Role as Senior Technical Account Manager in supporting major FSI Customers in HK.
Promote to Field Systems Engineering Manager in 2001, leading the pre-sales team in supporting EMC HK Sales activities.
Transfer to Professional Service Team as Implementation Manager in 2002 and leading the EMC Greater China PS Consulting team for EMC Solutions implementation.
Promote as Open Storage Software Practice Manager in 2003 (GC Region) - Manage and lead a team for EMC Product implementation / driving best practice across the region to ensure quality service delivery. 
Develop and driving the Delivery Excellence Program for the GC TS Delivery Team to maximize delivery efficiency as well as best customer experience. 
Achievement : 2004 Top Practice Award for GC Region. 
In 2005, Promoted to Field Global Practice Manager for APJ Region - Leading Field Practice Manager in APJ and the team to driving the TS Champion program in providing field support in new product introduction, promoting new service kits and prepare solution readiness to support the sales function and also heading a consulting / delivery team across the region.
