Managed 10 employees from multiple departments on various strategy projects including social media marketing, email marketing, loyalty program, B2B digital sales platform, and inventory management.

The Claremont Consulting Group (CCG) is a student-run, revenue-generating consulting firm. A highly selective group with a 10% admission rate, CCG leverages the analytical capabilities from a collection of the best minds at Claremont McKenna College. CCG tackles projects ranging from high-level strategy development (e.g. go-to-market strategies) to specific needs (e.g. SEO & Web Analytics). CCG has provided value for an array of clientele, from early-stage startups to large corporations.

Promoted to President in the Spring of 2017. Responsibilities include recruiting, training project leaders and managing the finances for the firm. Leading a team of five on a USA market entry feasibility study for an international client. 
 
During the fall of 2016, obtained three project for CCG. Also led a team of four on a project addressing logistic needs for a Los Angeles clothing company and presented a solution that  is projected to result in $50,000 in savings annually. 
 
In the spring of 2016, led a team of six, on a project with a Los Angeles clothing company, focusing on social media marketing ROI, web users behavior and customer surveys analysis. Email sign-ups increased 815% after recommended actions was taken. 

Previously worked on projects with a Hong Kong real-estate company which required research and analysis using Google Adwords and Analytics. Decreased the companies bounce rate from 60% to 35% and increased average session duration by 50%.

Trade futures to hedge open outcry trades and manage group position. Check open outcry trades with opposite party. Track order flow of trades through out the day and after the market closes. Enter the checked open outcry and on-the-screen trades into OptionCity software. Responsible for accuracy daily trade log after the close of the market each day and position report before the open of the market each morning. Discussed markets daily with traders and economist.
