Piotr Roztocki, Ph.D.

Piotr Roztocki is a physicist with a diverse interdisciplinary background, specializing in statistics, signal processing, and machine learning applied to photonics.

With a Master's degree in Energy Science and Materials from Université du Québec - Institut national de la recherche scientifique, and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Science and Physics from McMaster University, Piotr has a strong academic foundation.

He has been involved in various organizations and roles including Co-Founder and CTO at Ki3 Photonics Technologies Inc., entrepreneurship positions at Centech Mtl, Creative Destruction Lab (both Quantum Stream and Prime Stream), and research positions at Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique, University of Sussex, McMaster University, University of Toronto, and Ryerson University.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Piotr Roztocki has interests in physical and mental wellness, contemporary art, and science fiction, which also inspire his work in the lab.
