Tom O'Neill

Tom O'Neill is the Founder and CEO of Parallax, a position he has held since January 2018. Based in Edina, Minnesota, he has a robust background in technology and leadership roles. Prior to founding Parallax, O'Neill served in various capacities at The Nerdery, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where he contributed significantly to the company's growth from 2004 to 2017. He also co-founded Frebella Inc. in 2018 and currently serves as a board advisor for TXI.

His career began in software development, with roles ranging from Software Engineer to Director of Software Development at The Nerdery.
