Megan White

Megan White is a highly motivated and results-driven technology professional with experience in customer success management, client implementation projects, and account management. She currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Validic, where her primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring solution needs are met. Megan has also held multiple client-facing roles at Conversica, where she focused on implementing and managing technical components of software, providing personalized customer experience, and scaling solutions for clients.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music at Western Washington University, where she developed exceptional time management, communication, and critical thinking skills. Megan enjoys tackling challenging problems that require a creative approach and always aims to provide a first-rate experience for each client she works with. She is currently the Manager of Technical Account Management at Auth0, and her previous roles in customer service and technical account management enable her as a versatile team member capable of providing technical advice while building long-term relationships with clients.
