Diego Vargas Rivero's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Prior to his current role at VARIV, Diego has held key positions in various organizations, including Co-Founder at Bankaya, Co-Founder at Osmos, Founding Partner at COMETA, showcasing his extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business development.
