Kristina McCarty is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in technology program and product management, strategic planning, and building high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
She has a strong background in defining and managing strategic Project and Program Management Offices (PMO, PgMO) for Agile, SAFe, Waterfall (SDLC), and Hybrid delivery teams.
Kristina is known for her success in developing, coaching, and managing geographically dispersed teams, as well as for her excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex ideas to influence outcomes collaboratively.
