Calvin Jennings
Calvin Jennings is a seasoned policy analyst with a wealth of experience in research and government relations. He holds a Master's Degree in Comparative Social Policy from the prestigious University of Oxford and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and European History from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jennings has worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Government of British Columbia, where he played a crucial role in shaping policies that affect the lives of thousands of Canadians. Prior to this, he worked as a Policy Analyst and Coordinator of Government Relations at Covenant House Vancouver and as a Research Consultant at Ethicore.
Jennings started his career as an Intern at ICCLR: International Centre for Criminal Law Reform and Criminal Justice Policy, where he gained valuable experience in anti-corruption programs. He also served as the President of the Student-Run Emergency Housing Unit of Philadelphia (SREHUP) during his undergraduate days, demonstrating his leadership skills and passion for social justice.
Jennings also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Research Assistant at School of Social Policy & Practice at the same university. Additionally, he served as an Editorial Assistant at Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly.
