Jaclyn Freeman Hester is a seasoned venture capitalist and attorney with years of experience in the startup world. She earned her JD/MBA from the prestigious University of Colorado School of Law and the Leeds School of Business, where she honed her business acumen and legal expertise. Jaclyn has worked in some of the most respected law firms in the US, including Perkins Coie and Baker & Hostetler. She has also served as Executive Director of Startup Colorado, where she helped foster the startup ecosystem in the state.

Currently, Jaclyn works as a partner at Foundry Group, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups using technology and data to deliver better business outcomes. Additionally, Jaclyn has served on the boards of Gig Wage, Elevate Security, High Alpha, and Meru Health, among others, and as Board Observer at Spekit. Her extensive background and experience have made her an expert in venture capital, business strategy, and startup operations.
