Kate Worden-Buckner, a principal systems engineer at BAE Systems in Hudson, NH, has over eight years of exemplary leadership, management, and configuration experience as an active-duty officer in the US Navy. Kate has an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and a technical background in aerospace engineering, naval nuclear power, government acquisitions, naval weapons, and electronic warfare systems. She recently studied Master of Science in Executive Systems Engineering & Management at the Naval Postgraduate School and completed her BS in Aerospace Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Kate has also been part of various organizations, including a former program analyst, team leader, and division officer at the US Navy. Kate is constantly looking to network and train herself continuously within the space, aerospace, and defense industries.
