Greg Douquet is a celebrated military officer, accomplished writer, experienced strategic planner, and energy security expert. A former Commander of the US Marine Corps and a Fellow with the Royal College of Defence Studies, he holds three Master's degrees with distinction from top universities, including King's College London and Boston University Graduate School of Management. Douquet is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Red Duke Strategies LLC, a leading disabled veteran-owned small business that provides technology solutions to the defense industry and national security agencies.

Currently serving as a Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council's Global Energy Center & Millennium Leadership Program, Douquet is also the Co-Director of Veterans Advanced Energy Project and a Senior Advisor to Blue Star Families. In these capacities, he has demonstrated his expertise in energy and climate security, medical technology, caregiving, and early child education for military families and veterans.

Douquet has had a remarkable career, commanding at every level and leading organizations of up to 5,000. During his tenure, he completed combat missions as a squadron commander in Iraq and helped develop and execute strategic plans at the highest levels of industry and federal government. He was also the lead strategic planner for multi-national operations in Afghanistan and held several handpicked positions on the White House staff. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the military and the country, Douquet has been awarded two Legion of Merit, three Bronze Stars, and six Air Medals.
