He furthered his education with a diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from Humber College and earned his Bachelors of Engineering in Software from Lakehead University.

As a board member and cofounder of Boast, he has experience as the head of sales and marketing at companies such as AL Systems and Ticketleap. Additionally, Lloyd Lobo, a certified instructor and facilitator at UP Global, also served as a venture partner at Plug and Play Tech Center.
