Livingston Miller

Livingston Miller is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors.

He holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a BS in Management from Penn State University.

Miller currently serves as the General Counsel at Initialized Capital and was previously a Charter Member at TechGC. He has held various key positions at WeWork, including United States & Canada General Counsel, VP of Legal, Global Head of Corporate Transactions, Senior Director, Senior Counsel - Corporate, and Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel.

Prior to his roles at WeWork, Miller worked as Counsel and Senior Associate at WilmerHale, as well as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He also served as Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel at Popular Bank.
