Shawna Samford

Shawna Samford is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a passion for driving change and delivering bottom-line driven initiatives focused on improving the lives of employees. With over 15 years of experience in all strategic and functional aspects of Human Resources, she has honed her skills in areas such as organizational development, training, employee relations, vendor selection, compliance, performance management, recruiting, and mergers/acquisitions. Shawna is capable of communicating and consulting at all levels of the organization and has extensive experience in delivering successful change initiatives. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business from Emory University.
