Hugo Amsellem, a seasoned entrepreneur and community builder, has made a name for himself in the European tech industry. Amsellem's career started as a graduate of ISTEC, where he pursued a master's degree in marketing. Later, he completed his MS in Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management at SKEMA Bachelor and, ultimately, his Bachelor's degree in Internet Business at San Francisco State University.

In 2013, Amsellem joined The Family, a startup accelerator and investment firm, as a founding team member. He went on to lead the Berlin office, helping hundreds of founders across Europe scale their businesses. As a result of his success, Amsellem became The Family's Director, actively helping to expand the brand internationally.

In 2020, Amsellem founded Atitlan, offering 1-1 support for busy tech professionals looking to grow their Twitter following. His goal is to help clients get the most out of Twitter without investing more time than they have to spare. Amsellem also worked as VP of Community at Jellysmack, where he helped the company develop its engagement and infrastructure.
