Specializing in innovation, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property, he guides technological and biotechnological companies from the initial stages of their projects.

Oscar also provides ongoing legal counsel to public research entities on their intellectual property strategies and technology transfer policies, including the establishment of spin-offs.

His educational background includes a Diplomate in International Mergers and Acquisitions, a Master's Degree in Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law.

He has also completed high school education at Albert M Lowry High School in the USA and coursework at La Salle de Gracia.
