Throughout his career, Arnold has held impressive positions in multinational organizations such as DSM, Roche, and MEDUDEM AG. During his tenure at DSM, Arnold led the aroma ingredients and the personalized diagnostics and nutrition businesses, helping to drive growth in these profitable sectors. He also served as the business development manager and senior scientist at Roche, where he was involved in several crucial projects. Arnold is an IMD Business School alumnus and is also ICF accredited and psychology informed coach, who received his training from Soulbuddy.
