Meet Matt Auron, a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Evolution, an organization dedicated to supporting senior leaders in fast-growing companies scale into their potential with sustainable success. Matt has an impressive professional background that includes working with DaVita HealthCare Partners, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, as Senior Director and Global Lead on their Wisdom Team. There, he served as the steward for the culture globally, developing leaders, and facilitating change through coaching, facilitation, and training.
