Monica Hertzman

Monica Hertzman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, usability testing, and web technology. She has acquired extensive experience in usability, design, and coding through her work at RAND Corporation, where she started in 2000. Her expertise was initially in publishing, editing, and project management, which paved the way for her transition to RAND's web team. Over the years, Monica has grown within the organization, taking on roles such as Intranet Manager and Senior Web Producer. She has managed various web-related projects, overseeing teams and collaborating with IT groups for both short-term and long-term initiatives. Monica holds educational credentials from reputable institutions like the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, The Johns Hopkins University, Southern Methodist University, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition to her professional commitments at RAND Corporation, Monica is actively involved in her community, serving as the PTA secretary at her sons' school, a class parent, member of the school district's technology committee, and school representative to the local chapter of the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education.
