Faith Zaki is an accomplished senior marketing manager with over 7 years of experience across all channels. She possesses strong analytical skills, is insightful, and self-motivated, leading her teams with empathetic listening, persuasive communication, and connector-style management. Zaki studied at Syracuse University, where she obtained two degrees in advertising (creative writing concentration) and marketing.

Prior to joining Happy Cog®, where she currently holds the position of Senior Marketing Manager, Zaki worked as an SEO Manager at the same company and as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Vector Media Group, where she had previously served as a Digital Marketing Intern. She has also worked as a Strategic Alliances Intern at Undertone, Editor In Chief at Baked Magazine, Account Planner at The NewHouse, and Marketing Intern at Say Yes to Education. Moreover, Zaki has shown her entrepreneurial side as the Creator, Owner, & Chef at Serenity Cupcakes.

Her competencies include Integrated Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Content Strategy, Digital Campaign Strategy, and Brand Development and Strategy, among others. She is Google Analytics (certified), and her experience extends to E-commerce Strategy, Lead Generation, Growth Marketing, Persona Development, Copywriting, and Editing.

Outside of work, Zaki enjoys hiking, watching classic movies, and cooking dinner for friends in her tiny kitchen.
