Irene Hong is an accomplished International Tax Associate Attorney at DLA Piper's Silicon Valley office. With a focus on international tax planning and controversy matters, Irene advises multinationals on IP migration, entity restructuring strategies, supply chain optimization, and tax disputes. She serves clients in the technology, life sciences, and retail sectors, including Silicon Valley startups and publicly traded companies.
In addition to her work with DLA Piper, Irene maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting low-income Bay Area residents with offers in compromise and nonprofit formations.
