Responsible for performing the technical, administrative, and professional work required to build and manage a successful UAS program for the University of Colorado Police Department.  Led UAS missions during large-scale special event security operations, including Division I NCAA events.  Drove long-range planning, organizing and managing daily operations, quality assurance, policy and procedure development, and UAS operations for the agency’s UAS program.  Helped grow the team from 2 to over 30 highly trained team members, including pilots and visual observers used in UAS operations in accordance with our Certificate of Authorization.
