Kim earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, and also studied Executive Education in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Harvard T.H. He currently serves as the Director of Global Head of Employee Experience - Benefits - Wellness at KKR, where he leads the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits and wellness programs. He previously held the position of Global Head of Benefits at Bloomberg LP, Manager at Goldman Sachs, and Analyst at PwC. In each of these positions, Kim demonstrated his ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and drive positive change within the organizations.
