David Crozier

David Crozier, an expert in workflow automation, process reengineering, and risk management, has joined Certa as Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation Services. With over 15 years of experience working with businesses of varying sizes, from small to fortune 5 corporations, David has honed his skills in breaking down complex traditional workflows and transforming operational procedures. David aims to lead Certa's efforts to assist companies in achieving better outcomes through intelligent workflow automation that truly scales, achieving transformative and positive impacts for their employees, stakeholders, and society in general.

David has studied Electronics Engineering, Electrical Systems Engineering at RCC College and completed his B.COMM with a major in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Concordia University. His previous roles include Enterprise Risk and Regulatory Compliance Consultant, Principal Consultant for Financial Institutions and Insurance, Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant, and Project Consultant for Enterprise Accounts, all at Dun & Bradstreet. He also served as the Service Delivery Manager for Call Center Operations at Webhelp Inc and as a Supply Chain Analyst for Bombardier Aerospace. Before his current role at Certa, David worked at Dun & Bradstreet.
