Georgia Flaum is a highly experienced professional who has worked with several top-notch organizations across various industries. She has extensive experience in customer support, member experience, partner sales, and team management. With her Bachelor of Arts degree in religion from Wesleyan University and her study at the Rothberg International School at Hebrew University, Georgia has honed her skills in different aspects of management and leadership.

Before joining Common, a housing platform that creates homes with a focus on shared living, Georgia worked with Candid, onefinestay, and Terroir Wine Bar. At Candid, she served as Director of Customer Support and Senior Customer Operations Manager, where she oversaw support for the company's online fundraising platform. While working at onefinestay, she held various roles, including Service Team Manager, Supervisor, and Lead, and Partner Sales Manager, managing support operations for luxury home rentals. At Terroir Wine Bar, she was the General Manager, where she worked to provide an excellent dining experience to customers. Before that, she gained experience as a Hostess, Food-runner, and Backwaiter at Hearth Restaurant.

Additionally, Georgia has worked as a Program Director at Herzl Camp, a Prospective Student Tour Guide at Cardinal Key Tour Guides, and a House Manager and Usher at Wesleyan University. She has also honed her skill as a violist while performing with The Wesleyan String Quartet.
