Still heading the Growth and Emerging Products teams, just with expanded scope. 

Teams drove an incremental $2.5B in revenue for Coinbase and included the teams of logged out, user acquisition, SEO, incentives, onboarding, activation, notifications, engagement, referrals, Wallet & NFT Growth as well as Emerging Products, the team behind Coinbase One (launched and scaled to $150m ARR within 3 months of launch) and Coinbase Bytes, the biggest Crypto News Publication.

Vice President of Product, Head of Growth

As part of product exec, I helped start the Growth team and scaled it from 3 to 30 PMs to grow all of Coinbase’s products. During this tenure we also created Coinbase One (Amazon Prime for Crypto and Coinbase Bytes our weekly Morning Brew Style newsletter with all things crypto). 

This very talented group which has driven ~$2.5B in incremental revenue.

Head of Product for the Consumer Product (internally called: Learner Experience Team) of LinkedIn Learning which includes the entire user experience for all learners from the moment they sign up to the moment they start learning a news skill and receive a certification for completion. LinkedIn Learning is the biggest learning business in the world. 
- heading the entire consumer product (consumer and enterprise learner experience) 
- my scope included: onboarding -> getting to 'Aha', core product & discover (web app, mobile apps, ML), notifications, engagement, social and core consumption experience (watching experience). 
- areas not part of my scope: landing page website (separate from app), SEO, enterprise growth teams and content
- grew the team from 2 PMs to 10 PMs
- fastest-growing LinkedIn business 
- Leading the global LinkedIn Learning flagship mobile and desktop products (web, iOS, Android apps, with a 4.8***** rating in the AppStore) and execution. LinkedIn Learning is the biggest learning business in the world.

Supported shift in an advisory and operating capacity, heading Shifts Product & Growth teams during hypergrowth stage (including some of the best designers and engineers I've had the pleasure to work with) and we helped grow the supply and demand side of its marketplace by 5x within a period of 12 months.
