Timothy McConnell is an accomplished business executive with over 19 years of experience in the plumbing and construction industry. He formerly served as the Senior Vice President of Business Innovation at Reliance Worldwide Corporation, a leading U.S. Plumbing Manufacturer, and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HoldRite, which was later acquired by RWC. During his tenure at HoldRite, McConnell played a critical role in developing and promoting new products and expanding the Quick Brand portfolio, which generated millions of dollars in recurring annual revenue from wholesale and retail sales channels. Under his leadership, HoldRite became a market leader, and he successfully implemented a strategic vision developed and accepted by the company's associates.

McConnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Wake Forest University, an OPM 47 (Owners/Presidents Management Program) from Harvard Business School, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
