Peter Nestorov
Peter Nestorov is a highly educated and accomplished individual with a background in Biochemistry and Biomedical Research. He attended the National High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in Sofia, Bulgaria, before completing his Diplom-Biochemiker degree at the internationally-renowned Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen in Germany. He later studied at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bulgaria before moving on to earn his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at the Universität Basel in Switzerland.
Throughout his academic career, Peter has been an active member of various academic and research organizations. He served as a PhD student representative at the prestigious Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research, where he was also a PhD student and Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds Fellow. Additionally, he worked as a Sales and Support Specialist for Single-Cell Profiling & Genetic Analysis at Witec AG and served as a Student Research Assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology.
Peter is also a former president and board member of AEGEE-Sofia, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community involvement.
