Meet Peter Pawlick, a highly experienced and accomplished business designer with expertise in corporate innovation, brand innovation, and org innovation across a broad range of industries including financial services, energy, healthcare, and retail. As Group Director of Innovation Consulting at R/GA, Peter leads a talented team of designers who partner with C-level executives to drive growth and change in their organizations. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College, he has a deep understanding of human-centered design principles and combines this with business rigor to deliver actionable recommendations and tangible outcomes at an accelerated pace. Prior to his current role, Peter has held several leadership positions at R/GA including Director and Associate Director of Innovation Consulting as well as Strategy Director and Associate Strategy Director. He has also worked as a Senior Strategist at R/GA, a Marketing Strategist at Cunning and TracyLocke, and as a Paralegal, Asylum & Deportation Defense at Law Office of Robert B. Jobe.
