George Aye

George Aye is the Co-Founder and Director of Innovation at Greater Good Studio, a design firm based in Chicago that focuses on using design to promote social impact and equity. He co-founded the studio with the belief that design can be a tool for healing and justice, aiming to create restorative solutions for communities in need.135

Before establishing Greater Good Studio, Aye spent seven years at IDEO, a global innovation firm known for its human-centered design approach. His experience there has significantly influenced his work in applying design principles to address social challenges.35 In addition to his role at Greater Good Studio, Aye is also involved in teaching and mentoring, sharing his expertise in design ethics and human-centered methodologies.24
