At Releevant, I act as a results-driven creative guiding the visual direction for various in-house projects, ranging from innovative mobile apps to blockchain games:

- Visual Strategy:  I collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, translating them into compelling design solutions for each of our products. My approach involves fostering a user-centered design philosophy and instilling design thinking principles across the company.

- Creative Team Leadership: I build and guide small teams of creatives, nurturing their talents to deliver outstanding design outcomes.

- Hands-On Design: Beyond leadership, I remain deeply engaged in the design process, ensuring that my expertise is leveraged to contribute directly to the creation of aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly experiences.

Art & Design Lead

haatch. is a goal and habit mobile app that offers complex tracking, prediction algorithms, and psychology-based principles in order to facilitate a personalized and transformative journey towards self-improvement.

Wearing multiple hats, I am dedicated to sculpting the app's success from concept to execution.

- Product Management: I lead the charge in product management, shaping haatch's roadmap with a keen eye on user needs.

- Visual Direction: I guide the visual direction and overall look and feel of the app ensuring that every visual element reflects our app's essence.

- Product Growth: Stepping into the realm of growth strategy, I navigate the ever-evolving landscape of growing a product. Leveraging data-driven insights, I develop and implement strategies to propel haatch. to new heights, expanding our user base and market presence.

- UX: I delve into the unique needs, preferences, and challenges of our diverse user base, by planning and conducting user interviews, crafting surveys, and analyzing the rich insights gathered from these researches that eventually will guide strategic decision-making in the design process.
