-  Provided 100+ hours of training and mentorship to program managers, researchers, and MBA students.

Select Projects:
-  I managed data collection and analysis for three pilot projects conducted in partnership with USAID, Social Impact, and Search for Common Ground. My team and I worked with the DEPA-MERL consortium to test how developmental evaluation can be used for boosting the impact of development work at USAID.
-  In partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), I helped test a new framework for boosting the impact of small inclusive businesses and their distribution networks in Brazil, Nicaragua, and Peru. I worked with social enterprises in each of the three countries to create, test, and distribute a short survey that helped to measure their results and make decisions on how to improve their business models for greater impact.

- Conducted usability testing and analysis to help launch new digital data collection and management system at EnAble India, a Bangalore-based nonprofit which trains people with disabilities to find meaningful employment.
-  Interviewed key stakeholders to assess data collection collaborations and shared needs among for-profit, NGO, and governmental organizations in the disability sector.

Global Impact Intern

I was a lucky co-host of It's Hot In Here (IHIH), a long-standing radio show aired from the University of Michigan's WCBN radio station. Our team continued IHIH's legacy of engaging members of the UM and Ann Arbor community around issues of environmental importance. As part of our shared effort, I contributed by:
- Creating each show's central theme
- Planning and contacting the guest line-up
- Facilitating featured interviews on air
- Assisting with sound and technical engineering tasks

Public Affairs Radio Host

FoodLab Detroit is a community of food entrepreneurs committed to making the possibility of good food in Detroit a sustainable reality. As the lead intern, l assisted with the newly launched project: Operation Above Ground (OAG). This project aimed to reduce the regulatory barriers many burgeoning entrepreneurs face when trying to legalize their alternative food business. To help accomplish this goal my fellowship project focused specifically on the collaborative environment necessary to enhance the success of entrepreneurial pursuits which rely on shared-use kitchen spaces. To ensure favorable outcomes for Detroit and FoodLab entrepreneurs, I worked to create a Policy Recommendation Report. The Report was used to gain support of state (MDARD) and local policymakers and encouraged the implementation of new policies which would better support new business models, now and in the future.

Operation Above Ground Policy Fellow

My responsibilities included planning and facilitating discussion among 20+ students, coordinating class goals with a lead professor, and providing timely feedback to students. As a passionate instructor, I engaged students in an active learning process and created an openly collaborative classroom environment. My favorite part of teaching is the constantly evolving relationship I experience with my students. Each semester's class has a different personality and we get to grow as academics together.
