■	Design and manage programs and content for JFN’s year-round educational and social programs.  Lead team member in development of programs and content for JFN’s annual international conference. 
■	Identify and research philanthropic resources and trends in order to share with JFN’s members and to influence programs offered to members. 
■	Manages relationships with members and prospective members and leads stewardship process in order to increase retention and engagement in the network and best support their work.
■	Provides support and facilitation to empower members to form collaborations and partnerships with other members.

■ Developed and implemented comprehensive network structure, currently utilized to allocate annual budget of over $120 million to approximately 400 organizations.
■ Created and oversaw committee allocating $100,000 grant to 12+ organizations fostering collaboration, the sharing of resources, and the expansion of each’s purview.
■ Implemented and expanded lay leader engagement initiative annually pairing 50+ high-level donors with executive directors and agency leaders ultimately yielding a significant increase in donations and engagement

UJA-Federation of New York

Director, Network Planning and Optimization

■ Created comprehensive and transparent guidelines to promote the benefits and expectations of being a UJA network agency in order to ensure consistency.
■ Collaborated and liaised with agency departments: Allocations, Fundraising, and Marketing to ensure consistent integration of new network model and guidelines.
■ Oversaw group of lay leaders and staff to review grants and beneficiary agencies.
■ Entrusted with development and implementation of programing and marketing content to highlight the hundreds of programs supported by UJA throughout the year long centennial celebration.

Manager: Network Planning and Optimization

■	Provided information and referral services to 4,000 individuals including: the elderly, people of lower socioeconomic status, and those with special needs. Conducted needs assessments of all callers and liaised with the appropriate organizations to ensure proper services were rendered.
■	Coordinated trainings for over 50 colleagues in beneficiary agencies, increasing participation by 233%.
■	Supervised Information & Referral Specialists, master’s level internship program, and external consultants.

Manager: J-1-1 Information & Referral Center

■	Assessed, diagnosed, and treated Baltimore City Public School elementary and middle school students in individual and group settings regarding mental health and substance abuse issues.
