Brandon Birtcher is a highly successful co-owner and CEO of Birtcher Development LLC, a prominent industrial real estate development company that was established in 1939. With over 80 years of experience, Birtcher Development LLC has excelled in developing technically advanced “Big Box” warehouse facilities in the highest barrier to entry and highest-absorbing markets of the United States. Brandon has led the company from the front in developing their pipeline that is valued at $1.7 billion, containing 14 million square feet of logistics space across 13 sites in four states. Brandon's exceptional leadership skills have helped the company to venture with over 100 partners, including Goodman Group of Australia, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Southern Pacific Railroad, Mitsui, Mutual of New York, Xerox Corporation, State Farm Insurance, and Mass Mutual, among others.

Brandon has achieved all this by using his strong educational background, having studied at Claremont Men's College, where he gained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. Before joining Birtcher Development LLC, Brandon served in the U.S. Coast Guard, being a First Class Petty Officer (E-6). Brandon has also brought his unique skills and experience to other organizations, including his former tenure as CEO of Goodman Birtcher North America and Birtcher Development & Investment LLC, as well as his time as Co-Chairman at Birtcher Real Estate Group.

Outside his office, Brandon is also passionate about saltwater and fly fishing, enjoys boating with his family, and is an active member of Mariners Church in Newport Beach.
