Derrick has held various leadership positions, including COO of ServiceChannel, a leading SaaS facilities management platform for retail and restaurant chains, where he led strategic growth initiatives resulting in the successful sale of the business to Bayard Capital Group. Prior to this, he turned around Workspeed from near closure to become the leading SaaS real estate platform and arranged its sale to strategic buyer MRI Software.
