Eric Grilly

Eric Grilly is a C-level executive with years of experience in the digital media and live events industry, having led publicly-traded and privately-held companies to unprecedented revenue, profit, market share growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. Throughout his career, Eric has shown an exceptional ability to identify transformative opportunities and partnerships, create new monetization models, and build high-performance teams that drove diversification and growth of revenue streams, brand building, and audience segmentation strategies.

Eric's background includes serving as the SVP of Resident Shows Division & Affiliate Shows Division at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group and previously leading Cirque du Soleil's Studio Alliances. He was also the CEO of VStar Entertainment Group and the President of the Alliance of Action Sports (Alli). In addition, he held executive leadership positions at NBC Sports Regional Networks, Philly.com, MediaNews Group Interactive, and The Denver Post in their interactive media departments.

Eric studied economics at the University of California, Davis, and has specialties in strategy development, executive leadership, strategic partnerships, culture architecting, talent development, and change management.
