Reorganized the entire team and ultimately increased morale in the center by; training, developing, managing and promoting associates. Several members of the team joined other divisions such as; US Trust, Small Business Banking and other senior roles with larger more complex banking centers.  2009-2010. Managed and established a New DeNovo Branch with FTE of 9 in Upper Manhattan/Inwood in the peak of the financial recession. We built a new team from scratch by developing, coaching and mentoring associates to provide an excellent client experience. We built solid relationships with the community by joining networking events and speaking to several key centers of influence. We ultimately built a brand as the most professional and pleasant banking center in the entire Inwood/Washington Heights community. 2008. Managed a former Fleet Branch with FTE of 7 in ParkChester/Throggs Neck. Increased mortgage origination, increased consumer relationships via bank at work events and acquired new business relationships by canvassing the community and presenting our value proposition. Several of our teammates were promoted, however the greatest achievement was the approval of a full renovation budget by our Market and Regional Executives to serve our community better and deliver a differentiated client experience. The ParkChester & Throggs Neck communities were extremely pleased.
