Following a ceremonial groundbreaking on October 19, 2020, the Circuit of the Northwest now enters the next phase in bringing a world-class racing destination and motorsports facility to the Pacific Northwest. Under the guidance and care of the Port of Bremerton, harvesting and clearing was completed in November 2021, to highlight the natural contours of the land featured in the racetrack design. Construction of the 232-acre, multi-use facility and 2.34-mile, multi-use circuit is scheduled to begin construction in fourth quarter of 2024 and is expected to be completed in 2027. CNW is planned to be located on a 232-acre site near Washington State Road 3 and the Bremerton National Airport in the City of Bremerton, Washington, which is located in Kitsap County. The road course is planned to be a 2.34-mile-long track designed by Hermann Tilke GmbH & Co., an architecture and engineering firm based in Germany the specializes in track design. Other notable tracks that are designed by the firm include Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, Atlanta Motorsports Park in Atlanta, Georgia, The Red Bull Ring in Spielberg Austria, Marina Bay Street Circuit in Marina Bay, Singapore and the Istanbul Park Circuit in Istanbul, Turkey.
Phase I of the Project construction planned include to include the following elements:

§ 20,000-capacity main amphitheater
§ 7,000-capacity small amphitheater
§ 4,000-capacity Flex entertainment area
§ 40 infield garages

Circuit of the Northwest

Circuit of the Northwest will be 232-acre playground for the passionate auto enthusiast located 53 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, across the street from a 6000’ FBO airstrip. Circuit of the Northwest will include a state-of-the-art Tilke designed 2.34 mile (3.76 km) FIA/FIM road course, motocross facility, KIA certified karting facility, and skid pad. In addition, Circuit of the Northwest will have a luxury private clubhouse that will offer a wide array of amenities such as a lounge, spa and wellness center, condominiums and private dining areas. This will be a place where car enthusiasts can keep, show and exercise their vehicles as well as enjoy social time with others who share a passion for performance vehicles. In short, the facility will be world class, providing the ultimate racing environment in a country club setting and unforgettable experiences on paved and dirt racing circuits with a scheduled 2024 ground breaking and opening in 2026.
