Test Developer

My main responsibilities as a team leader were:
- offering feedback and help whenever it was needed;
- holding interviews for hiring new people;
- providing training for the new people;
- providing periodical technical review;
- maintaining the same standards among the teams from a testing point a view (periodical meeting, centralizing information);
- writing and reviewing documentation;
- constantly researching, testing and applying new technologies, testing flows and testing types;
- holding demos with the new tools and technologies to be used inside the testing team.

Test Team Lead

As a software tester, I did both manual and automated testing. Below, are described my responsibilities, the skills I developed and the tools that I used.

Manual testing:
Responsibilities:
- developing test plans; writing test cases, testing strategies; 
- finding and tracking bugs: Redmine;
- performing exploratory, acceptance, functional (smoke, sanity, regression) testing;
- helping to create specs for new features;
- monitoring the product from both commercial and performance point of views.
Tools:
- Redmine for bug tracking;
- RedCase for test cases management;
- New Relic, Google Analytics and some internal software for monitoring the products;
- Browserstack for cross-device testing;
- Litmus for email testing;
- SQL.

Automated testing:
- Katalon;
- Selenium IDE;
- Selenium Webdriver (C#);
- Bamboo;
- GIT.

Software Tester

As a software tester:
-> I developed skills as:
   - writing test cases: TestLink,
   - writing user documentation,
   - working Agile: Scrum,
   - finding and tracking bugs: Team Foundation Server,
   - identifying and analyzing requirements by maintaining active conversation with the product owner of the project.
-> I did:
   - manual testing,
   - automated testing: Protractor (medium),
   - performance/load testing: JMeter (beginner).
   - smoke, regression testing.
