Nicholas Lerche-Gredal

Nicholas Lerche-Gredal is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate finance and general business law with a strong focus on domestic and international private and public M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, alternative investments, corporate governance, and capital markets work.

With over 16 years of experience, Nicholas has provided advisory services to Danish and international companies, private equity and venture funds, and financial institutions on various aspects such as cross-border M&A, corporate law, commercial agreements, corporate governance, securities regulation, venture capital, and private equity investments across diverse sectors.

His educational background includes Executive Board Programme from INSEAD, HD(Finansiering) from Copenhagen Business School, LL.M. from University of San Diego School of Law, and Master of Laws (Cand.jur.) and HA(jur.), BSc from Copenhagen Business School.
