Kenneth Haglund

Kenneth Haglund is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Business Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. Haglund has represented clients such as Nordstrom, Bank of Hawaii, Umpqua Holdings, and WMI Holdings. His knowledge and expertise allow him to advise financial institutions and companies on SEC reporting, compliance matters, and other legal issues. Haglund attended the University of Oregon, where he studied Business Administration and Finance. He also attended Willamette University College of Law, where he earned a J.D.
