Prior to his current role, Travis held key positions at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, including Aviation Chief Operations Officer, Fire Chief for Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting, and Deputy Chief for Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting, where he played a crucial role in managing emergency response activities at the airport.

With a strong background in the military, Travis also served as an Assistant Chief of Operations & Training (Military E-7) at the United States Air Force, honing his skills in leadership, operations, and training.
