Hay Benham-Archdeacon is a driven and dedicated professional with a diverse background in advocacy, community organizing, journalism, and business. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Service from the renowned University of California, Davis, Hay has built a successful career in recruiting coordination and brand advisory, among other fields. As a Recruiting Coordinator at UPSIDE Foods, Hay is responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding potential applicants for the company. Prior to working at UPSIDE Foods, Hay served as a Workforce Re-entry Manager and Business Account Manager at The Last Mile, helping to prepare inmates for life beyond prison walls.
