Mike McCann

Mike McCann is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate investment, company management, and strategic growth. As the President and CEO of The Resource Group, LLC, Mike oversees company strategy, portfolio management, investor and capital relations. His expertise spans various real estate sectors including single- and multifamily properties, commercial office spaces, recreational areas, conservation lands, and multi-use development projects. Prior to establishing The Resource Group, Mike held key positions in prominent organizations such as Managing Partner at Landology, LLC and President of McCann Management, Inc.

Before venturing into the real estate industry, Mike demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills by establishing and eventually selling a plastics manufacturing company to USPL, a publicly traded organization. His role post-acquisition involved driving the growth of the packaging division through innovative product development and strategic acquisitions, resulting in a substantial increase in annual revenue. Mike's success led him to become President and Chief Operating Officer of the parent company, where he focused on transforming the underperforming building products division.

In addition to his corporate endeavors, Mike is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the McCann Family Charitable Foundation. He also contributes to advisory boards for Christ Episcopal Church and volunteers for local nonprofit organizations while dedicating time to coaching recreational sports teams.
