Carina Lei is a dynamic professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master's degree in Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, where she specialized in the management domain. Additionally, Carina studied Animation at the 3D Training Institute, showcasing her creative skills, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts, Computer Science, and Chinese Studies from Macalester College.

Throughout her career, Carina has gained valuable experience working with top entertainment companies. She currently serves as a Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment, leading the Partnership Marketing and Publicity department. Prior to this role, she held positions at Twentieth Century Fox, including Associate Manager for Theatrical Marketing Partnerships and Coordinator for Theatrical Marketing Partnerships. Carina's expertise extends to the talent agency realm, where she worked as a TV Literary Assistant at Paradigm Talent Agency. She has also interned at various renowned organizations such as Rwsg Literary Agency, Troika, Legendary Entertainment, and Skydance.
