Jeff LeBrun is a seasoned product and systems expert with a mission to leverage design and data to improve the healthcare system. With a background in quantitative modeling and project management, Jeff has played key roles in bringing numerous innovations to life, both for VC-backed startups and large corporations. He is the co-founder of Optimize Health, a fast-growing Remote Patient Monitoring platform that seeks to transform outpatient care delivery.
Jeff is an alumni of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He also holds an MS in Systems Thinking from the same institution, as well as a BS in Biology (Pre-Med) from the University of Puget Sound.
In recognition of his business acumen, Jeff has served as the executive chairman and chief strategy officer of Optimize Health as well as the co-founder and CEO of Pillsy, an innovative medication tracker. He has also been an independent business consultant, director of business development and strategy at Sakti3, and co-founder of Algal Scientific.
Jeff remains dedicated to improving healthcare delivery by leveraging technology and top talent, and his extensive experience building talented teams, developing and scaling new processes, and finding product/market fit make him a valuable asset to any organization.
