Dennis has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas A&M University, where he also studied Masters of Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate Finance. Over the years, he has become well-versed in senior mortgages, mezzanine mortgages, participating debt, preferred equity, joint-venture equity, acquisition loans, refinance loans, bridge loans, hard money loans, SBA loans, development/construction loans, rehab/redevelopment loans, and development lines of credit.
