Matthew is currently a Partner at HolacracyOne, a company that helps organizations transition to a more decentralized management approach called holacracy. Before joining HolacracyOne, he worked as a teacher at Rocky Mount Prep, where he empowered young minds to achieve academic success. He also served as the Program Director for Liberty.me LIVE at Liberty.me, where he honed his leadership skills and contributed to the growth of the organization.

Matthew brings a unique set of skills to the table, having previously worked as a Board Operator for NCSU Baseball Broadcast on WKNC, 88.1 FM. He also completed internships at Turbulence Theatre and Activate Good, putting his passion for the arts and nonprofit work into action.
