She currently works as the Program Manager of Teacher and Principal Professional Growth & Evaluation at Seattle Public Schools, where she designs and manages programs that help educators improve their practice.

Before joining Seattle Public Schools, Lindsay worked as an Instructional Designer and Program Manager at Teachscape, a company that provides professional development services for educators. She also worked as a 10th and 11th Grade History Teacher at the NYC Department of Education.
